We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our IT Security Graduate Programme starting in September 2022. Please note that this is a structured 3 year training programme where you will be given all of the necessary tools and training to succeed as an IT security expert.

Ryanair Labs is a state of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub creating Europe’s Leading Travel Experience for customers. The Role

The Ryanair Labs Graduate Programme is now open for an ambitious graduate to join our Information Security department for a 3 year training programme. These position will sit on our Cyber Security Monitoring team joining a team of specialists in Security Operations, Threat-Hunting, Red/Blue Team, Web App Security and GRC, working across our three offices; Dublin, Madrid, and Poland.

Successful applicants will participate in Ryanair Labs Graduate Programme on a three year programme where you will be part of the team from day one!

Please note, only those graduating in 2022 or those who graduated in 2021 or 2020 will be accepted. This position requires eligibility to work in Ireland on a permanent basis.

 

Application process -Candidates who have passed the initial screening process will take part in a remote interview or face-to-face interview (covid permitting), where you will be introduced to management and take part in a 1st round interview. At this stage we are looking for you to clearly demonstrate the skills that we are looking for and convince us why Ryanair is the right career choice for you. 

  • Graduates with a minimum of 2:1 (Honours Degree or higher qualification) in 2020, 2021 or 2022 from technology courses in:
  • Cyber/IT Security
  • Information Technology
  • Computing
  • A strong interest in and awareness of technology and innovation and Cyber Security.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland on a permanent basis
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a demanding but rewarding environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
