Role Overview:

In the role of Information Security Awareness and Training Lead, you will report to the Director of Info Security and be an integral part of the Information Security Governance and Assurance organization within the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer. The objective of the Information Security Awareness and Training Leader is ensuring McAfee's workforce are trained, educated and aware of cyber security threats and best practices.

About the role:

• Develop a security awareness and training strategy and subsequent goals aligned with industry regulations, standards and compliance requirements
• Create a positive program that engages employees to support practicing good security behaviors
• Identify top human risks to the organizations and reduce those risks through creative awareness programs including gamification
• Lead the development and rollout of required and role-based security trainings
• Maintain the internal information security site and ensure up-to-date, relevant information is available to all workforce
• Draft and publish relevant security communications, whether enterprise wide or to targeted groups
• Manage the enterprise wide phishing program and subsequent training
• Grow relationships within the information security function and with internal customers to meet awareness goals
• Support our audits with relevant security awareness and training program artifacts
• Manage relationships with security awareness third-party vendors and subsequent budget

• You are creative and enjoy 'thinking outside the box'
• You are passionate about cybersecurity
• You can tell a story in your presentations
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Security certification such as CISSP, Security+, or CISM
