IAS Control and Response Lead

Your Role

As an IAS Control and Response Lead your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

Supervises a team of identity governance professionals

Manages the relationships and delivery with internal and external audit functions

Manages the service delivery of Control and Response policy and procedures

Serves as a member of the Digital Identity and Directory Services Leadership Team

Collaborates with Information Security functions, i.e. Cyber Security, Security Regulatory Compliance, etc.  

Develop, write and test controls that cover hygiene activities, privileged access management, leavers, recertification and supplier access.

Track timely closure of identified control gaps and support action owners during issue remediation

SOC1 and 3402 supplier reviews.

Quarterly control sign-off.

Deputize for Global Head of Digital Identity on audit matters

As an IAS Control and Response Lead your skills and qualifications will include: 

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to create, track and manage workload with little to no oversight.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interest and background in security control policies.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills to communicate effectively and succinctly.
  • Ability to manage across all levels of the organization in a correct manner – this includes up through leadership, horizontally across peers and down via staff.
  • Comfort level with making decisions, sometimes on behalf of executive leadership. Proposing new or improved processes where needed, and work to identify emerging risks.
  • Good listening and questioning skills
  • CISA, CISM or CRISC preferred
  • Knowledge of information and/or IT risk management standards and disciplines would be an advantage; particularly control frameworks such as ISO 27000 series or NIST's Cybersecurity Framework
