We work with our clients on workforce development strategies and identifying and equipping their organisation with the skills, capabilities, and knowledge required to innovate, deliver, and lead in the future. We help to identify and optimise a client’s most talented staff, managing risks such as morale problems and attrition, and implementing leading new practices in employee engagement and performance.

We’re looking for a HR professional with talent and / or consulting experience. As a Senior Consultant/Manager your role will have responsibility for bringing your Talent/Workforce Transformation expertise along with broader consulting skills to:

 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client’s and solve complex challenges by performing analysis, providing recommendations and utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology
  • Develop project plans for client engagements and lead the high-quality delivery of defined project objectives
  • Build subject matter expertise on the workforce transformation topics through research and experience to bring leading market insights to the clients
  • Deliver and lead components of end-to-end workforce transformation/ talent activity in a variety of programme contexts by collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Support business development by participating in proposition development, contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams
  • 4+ years’ experience in Consulting or in a fast paced, dynamic HR team
  • Experience on Talent/workforce transformation projects or such as workforce design, strategic workforce planning, future of work, talent management, career management, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, and HR projects
  • Experience of working on projects ideally in a consulting organisation, or in an internal consultant role
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, and fast-paced project environments
  • Lead part of a client project or work stream by producing high quality deliverables demonstrating attention to detail
  • Creative approach to problem solving, demonstrating innovative solutions to add value to client or internal projects
  • Demonstrate project management skills including planning, project governance and financials
  • Exceptional communication and people skills, ability to develop and manage clients as well as internal stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organisation
  • Actively contribute to building the talent pipeline; create a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent and high performing teams
  • Develop yourself by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador
  • Strong analytical skills (MS Excel, Tableau, Macros and/or Access to analyse data).
