Description

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our growing boutique technology recruitment firm.

We specialise in helping venture-backed organisations scale their teams. We aim to be the go-to recruitment firm for indigenous tech start-ups and scale-ups as well for those organisations looking to build an EMEA base out of Ireland.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

New starters

  • Provide administrative and first contact support to all the New Starters
  • Ensure all documentation is prepared in a timely manner

Administration

  • Maintain employee records
  • Implement HR system (HRIS)
  • Prepare all employee documentation and forms as required
  • Act as point of contact for all general HR queries
  • Create HR policies and Employee Handbook
  • HR projects as required
  • Coordinate procedures in line with GDPR
  • Lead on the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews
  • Other miscellaneous admin support related duties.

Communication

  • Be a point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Manage 3rd party contractor queries
  • Manage on-site consultants with HR-related queries
  • 3rd level degree or CIPD
  • 1 Years experience - not your first role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately & efficiently, displaying a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
