HR Administrator (Mandarin)
Our client a leading, international internet services provider is looking to hire an HR Administrator with 1+ years of HR work experience, to join their expanding team in Dublin.
This role will initially be on a 12-month contract with a view to extension or permanency.
What will an HR Administrator do?
- Assist HRBPs in routine and routine HR management work, including but not limited to recruitment and allocation, performance management, employee relationship, training, and corporate culture implementation.
- Sort out, maintain, and manage HR data, and execute processes for routine HR tasks.
- HR affairs that support business requirements (Including but not limited to talent supply, performance management, learning and development, people-job matching, incentives, and employee relationship)
- 1+ years HR work experience
- Great English and Mandarin (written &spoken)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
