What you will do:
- Continue to develop the HR Roadmap for Terminalfour, establishing people & culture related goals in alignment with the company’s mission, values, and strategic plan.
- Ensure we enhance and strengthen our talented teams, by recruiting the best colleagues possible across the company. Engage with and support hiring managers throughout the selection process, while providing a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee the onboarding journey for new colleagues, ensuring their experience is supportive and welcoming.
- Partner and support managers to develop and work to Occupational Key Results with their teams, linked to overall strategic goals.
- Plan, support and manage new skills acquisition and career development across the company, ensuring we remain at the frontiers of technology and innovation.
- Play a leading role in cultivating Terminalfour’s culture and people initiatives, and delivering a great employee experience which champions wellness, inclusiveness, and diversity, enabling people to thrive.
- Work collaboratively with the management team, providing coaching and expertise on a range of complex, people-sensitive issues.
- Benchmark the compensation process at Terminalfour, by engaging in ongoing research and industry surveys. Work with Finance and senior management to prepare the annual pay review budget.
- Manage the HR operations function, overseeing and participating in all core activities, including contracts, records and data management, legal compliance across all geographical regions, visa management and acquisition, HR policies and procedures. Ensure information is effectively and clearly communicated by the HR team.
- Manage the regular payroll and benefits cycles in all geographical regions and run the full monthly payroll process for the Republic of Ireland.
- Significant HR generalist experience in a rapidly scaling global organisation.
- Proven track record of leading the successful implementation of strategic HR programmes.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills at all levels across an organisation.
- Ability to manage projects and project timelines to ensure the highest quality HR outcomes.
- Ability to deliver credible outcomes in a wide range of people related areas.
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive insights that inform tangible and impactful action.
- Effective balance between building out a plan and executing it.
- Strong operational HR knowledge, including European and U.S. employment law.
- Global payroll and benefits management and operation.
- Ability to operate successfully in a geographically dispersed and increasingly hybrid working model.
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial business drivers.
- Strong IT skills in HR, MS Office and social media.
- Third level degree or higher in HR or related field.
- CIPD membership desirable.
- Previous HR experience in the Software/Digital/IT industry would be useful.
