Head of IT

IT Manager / Head of IT required for high growth international B2B SAAS provider. Our Client is a well-funded post start-up that are revolutionizing the insurance sector with real-time claims processing and instant payments. Global HQ is in Dublin city center and as this is a management role will require this person to be onsite in Dublin 3+ days / week

This role will suit someone from a “Big Tech” or Payments Processing firm who wants more autonomy in his/her role, and is comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment

Salary guide is C100K base +20%

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the Tech department including IT systems and operations
  • Report to the CTO and assist in IT strategic planning, governance oversight, project and portfolio management, and service delivery management
  • Direct line management for tech team (currently 4 people but will expand significantly)

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience including at an international level
  • Strong technical background in Security, IT operations, Cloud etc
  • Experience in leadership and management skills to influence, and motivate others
  • Strong communication skills to work with C-Level stakeholders
  • Professional certifications such as:  ITIL, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CISA, AWS certs etc
