We have an excellent leadership opportunity for a Head of Infrastructure and Operations candidate, to join a leading Global Brand based in Dublin City.
The successful candidate will join the leadership team in a senior capacity with the delivery of the Digital Transformation Programme.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- 5-7 years of experience leading a team within a Technology Function
- Develop and lead the replacement of infrastructure at end of life
- Proven track record managing the performance of the IT Operational & Development team
- Experience monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure delivery methods
- Ensuring systems, processes and methodologies are maintained and control and support of delivery
- Responsible for the overall system and infrastructure, develop resilient infrastructure
- Implement policies/standards to improve the quality and efficiency of all support services
- Degree in IT or related discipline
- ITIL Service Delivery Manager qualifications
- At least 5+ years in managing a team
- Exceptional understanding of networks, data, applications, infrastructure
- Technologies: Oracle, Salesforce, purchasing systems (CRM)
- Excellent stakeholder management and delivery skills
