Day to day of the role:
- Assist in developing detailed designs
- Preparation of drawings using CAD & REVIT with emphases on BIM
- Preparation of design submissions
- Liaising between M&E Designers and Civil & Structural Designers
- Liaising with Client
- Pipework & Valeve Take-offs
- Procurement Specifications
- Accredited NFQ Level 8 Honours Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
- 0-1 years previous experience in a similar position
- Highly organised and efficient
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Numerate and highly computer literate
- Effective Time Management and Communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent user of relevant design software packages, as well as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are met
- Self motivated
