Global Partner Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Partner Program Manager to join Tines newly created Partnerships organization. As the Global Partner Program Manager, you are responsible for building programs that drive Tech, Reseller and Service Partner interest and enthusiasm for the Tines products and solutions.

The Global Partner Program Manager will be part of the founding team for the overall development, launch, execution and maintenance of Tines new Global Partner Program. You will work cross functionally with key stakeholders and owners of associated programs and initiatives: Lead Distribution, Partner Marketing and Partner Operations amongst others. You will also coordinate with internal business partners to monitor global partner programs and ensure each is effectively delivering against the company’s and the region’s financial and business objectives.

  • Design, launch and manage the Tines global partner program enabling Consulting companies, Agencies, ISVs, Managed Service Providers and cloud platforms to grow with Tines. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in developing and updating programs, critical business policies / processes and develop associated documentation and collateral for internal selling and external partner use.
  • Conceive new program ideas or identify program updates utilizing key financial, program and partner metrics and eliciting feedback from internal and partner constituents globally to evolve Tines partner programs.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure current & new programs are performing optimally. 
  • Track partner progress and results as well as Tines performance against partner expectations across all programs by leveraging multiple platforms to create useful reporting and dashboards that quickly analyze and identify partner status, health, and opportunities for growth. 
  • Manage the Tines Partner community and share a set of directions, tools, content, and resources to enable the Tines partner’s marketing and sales teams to execute joint events.
  • Proven channel and partner program management experience 
  • Depth of experience in channel and partner management experience
  • Proficient in all aspects of managing a channel partner program including strategy, P&L, partner program automation applications: PRM, Salesforce.com, LMS, Incentives, rev share etc. 
  • Adept at addressing geographic and industry differences in global program implementation.
  • Analytical and data-driven, using complex datasets strategically to create improvements, provide practical business insights and persuade others.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • SaaS Vendor experience preferred
  • Demand generation experience preferred
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent commensurate experience in marketing, communications, business administration or equivalent work experience

You will have a strong voice in the execution of the program strategy and vision across all partner program platforms as well as ensure all program KPI’s are measured and reported to both internal stakeholders and external partners participating in the program.
