Based in city centre offices, you work specifically on a HUGE and exciting brand; the jewel in the crown of titles meaning lots of exposure in the business, in a high visibility role, enabled with significant budget, and observed for your leadership, practise and success. 

You work directly on the mobile user acquisition strategy, focused on the multi-brands in the company's portfolio. You are right for this role only because of being such a hard-working, ambitious marketer who wants to continue to develop your career in the online marketing sphere as a manager of a highly adept and analytical team of expert analytical marketers. You manage budgets > €10,000,000 p/a and enjoy opportunity to work at the cutting edge of marketing innovation.

Sounds really interesting. What's the day-to-day?

  1. Everything revolved around mobile user acquisition performance [Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google Ads, Amazon, Twitch, Snapchat]: Campaign Strategy, Creation, Optimisation and Reporting.
  2. Mobile user acquisition experience, across Facebook, Google UAC, Twitter, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads. And good seniority as a leader. The company isn't where it needs or wants to be in mobile so this is the big push now.
  3. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the performance marketing strategy. As the senior manager you focus on strategy and the team focuses on the tactical execution
  4. Marketing Optimisation: Effective optimisation of online marketing campaigns driving significant increases in new customer acquisition
  5. Creativity: Utilisation of cutting-edge auction marketing technology ensuring the business is a market leader in the area.
  6. Managing a small team of 4-7 people.
  • 10 years experience in performance marketing; 5+ in mobile
  • Expert knowledge of digital p, e.g. for ‘Search’ you must have an in-depth understanding of keyword types, search term analysis, ad copy generation, bid strategy etc.
  • Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and capable to quickly digest large amounts of data, perform analysis and identify trends to make data-based business decisions

  • Quick learner with confidence to tackle new initiatives autonomously - with minimal guidance
