As we expand our development of Cloud Native software, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to build and run a group of product delivery teams.

Are you an experienced leader of cross functional development teams with an R&D Background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Do you want to work in an environment where you will manage multiple development teams in a POD within a large R&D function building an enterprise FinTech platform?

We work exclusively on cloud native technology stacks, building software that runs in serverless platforms and is delivered using the latest continuous delivery techniques. In this role, the Delivery Head will be a key member of our technical leadership team and will help shape and improve our approaches to everything from the languages we use to write code to the tools we use to run it in the cloud.

• A person who has a proven ability to coach and mentor multiple, diverse teams in different locations to implement successful product features
• Participate in on-call duties rotation for out of hours Support
• May be required to travel occasionally (15%)

What skills & experience would help you succeed as Delivery Head in Fenergo SaaS Engineering?

• A background in software development as an engineer in .NET, C# or Typescript
• Experience in building cloud native products and deploying to one of the main cloud providers, familiarity with AWS would be very beneficial
• Experience with defining software architectures and using them to guide the creation of software systems across multiple teams
• Experience with leading and management cross functional software development teams using modern software delivery practices
• Familiarity with git source control, CI and CD pipelines
• Confidence in meeting with client and stakeholder groups to report and educate on technical approaches, delivery plans and strategic objectives
