Our client is one of the most famous names in the IT industry who have for several decades been pioneers in the industry, remaining as one of the world’s top IT companies and employers. They require an Executive Assistant with more than 3 years of senior level business administrator experience in a fast-paced environment, to join them in an 18-month contract.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and is onboarding all new workers remotely.

What will an Executive Assistant do?

  • Support executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, calls and travel.
  • Organisation of onsite and offsite events and Executive visits.
  • Assisting with onboarding and set up of all new joiners, as well as maintenance of various employee related documents and information.
  • Management and creation of PO‘s for the executive and the team as well as managing the executive’s expenses.
  • Maintenance of org charts and various other HRDD documents, ensuring they are kept up to date and relevant.
  • Adhoc admin and project work for the global People Managers.
  • Assisting with preparation of PowerPoint presentations, participating in meetings, and capturing of meeting minutes when required, as well as following up on action items.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• 3+ years of senior level business administrator experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Management of several calendars at one time for senior stake holders.

• Schedule management for several stakeholders in different countries at one time.

• Full MS Suite (with focus on Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Organized and a team player.
