EU Operations Change Manager

The role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity to an experienced Business Change Manager who wants to work in a dynamic environment with a real opportunity to positively influence the direction and outcome of strategic projects.

You must be an excellent communicator and team player because you will be working closely with project teams, management and the SMEs within Operations. You must also have an analytical mind to discern the potential impact of changes on the company, mainly from an operations perspective, and the efficiencies a project can create.

The functional responsibilities are to establish and enforce strong relationships with our Customers across all business lines, specifically in Operations, to support business readiness, to ensure all processes are streamlined and teams are aligned to minimize the impact of change.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure Project / Change updates are maintained and updated regularly
  • Develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
  • Evaluate the impact of planned organisational change.
  • Identifying risks and develop risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
  • Support development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
  • Provide reports and relevant updates to management and project teams
  • Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
  • Project management and planning skills.
  • Analytical mind-set and critical thinking.
  • Knowledge of APIs and a technical mind-set a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads.
  • Preferably an understanding of the Cards industry with special knowledge of the acquiring arena.
  • Strong organizational/ facilitation, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
