Up to €150k basic, Shares, Pension, Family Heath Care, 25 day holidays, Fully remote, or Hybrid their offices are in Dublin City Centre.

Your People Management
3+ yrs technical leadership & management for a customer facing product.
Mentored and developed exceptionally talented software engineers.
Successfully grown your people, mentoring and up-skilled them.
Motivating people to achieve challenging and difficult things.
Keeping the team in high spirits, while creating features on a day to day bases.
Giving direction, intervention, growth, performance reviews, motivation etc

Technology (There is a small coding exercise as part of the interview process!)
You are passionate about technology!
Have a strong technical background.
Worked in environments with large scale distributed systems.
Delivered software in a CI/CD environment ideally with robust automated testing

Product / Industry
Start up experience OR worked as an Engineering Manager in a company that has scaled quickly
Excited by the challenge of building out a new team and collaborating with business stakeholders and product owners to build and define a new product.
Evidence of working closely with product, product processes, refining specs, push and pull around feature definition from an engineering perspective.
