Central Citi Quality Engineering (CQE) is the testing organization that is responsible for driving End to End testing for complex, transformational and cross LOB programs across TTS Cash space.
End to End Test Manager would be responsible for driving the End to End testing for payments transformation program involving the rollout of a strategic payment product processor - Global Pay Plus - Services Platform (GPPSP) globally. Play a leadership role by leading cross functional testing teams across the eco system in validating and implementing the complex strategic initiative - one of the most highly visible programs in TTS space. Redefine the E2E testing strategy and build a roadmap for processes, tools and skill sets within the Central testing team for E2E testing.
A key objective of this role would also be to drive the E2E test automation for these programs. This would entail ensuring the right automation framework is built with the correct architecture, design and tech stack that should facilitate the quick automation adoption across programs.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Test Management
- Accountable for E2E testing phase and drive an iterative E2E testing methodology aligning with the agile adoption strategy.
- Understanding the BOW across all regions and plan for delivery, resourcing and budgeting accordingly.
- Interface and collaborate with various stakeholders and senior management by providing status updates, proactively highlighting risks/issues and providing suggestions and mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met without an impact to quality.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise by ensuring adequate testing coverage, highlighting issues and gaps with overall coverage.
- Coordinate and build a collaborative working relationship with the LOB testing teams who would be running standalone and near partner testing.
- Responsible for budgeting, project estimates, task management & balancing prioritization across multiple streams of development
- Responsible for people management, mentoring and career development process for the team including delivering performance review, training, recruiting.
- Process Standardization
- Define and implement standardized testing processes and artefacts for E2E testing.
- Build synergy between the regional testing teams ensuring cross region training, discussions and exchange of best practices and ideas.
- Analyzes trends at an organizational level to improve processes; follows and analyzes industry trends.
- Develops and implements methods for cost, effort and milestones of IT Quality activities. Strives for continuous improvements and streamlining of processes.
- Automation
- Drive E2E testing automation for the specific programs.
- Ensure both E2E Testing and E2E Regression is completely automated across the regions.
- Participate in designing the right architecture, model and tech stack for the automation framework.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years IT Testing experience required
- Excellent knowledge of software testing techniques and testing tools
- Experience in Payments or Cash Management domain
- Good understanding of SWIT ISO20022 messaging structure and formats
- Knowledge of GPPSP - Finastra product would be preferred, though not mandatory.
- Background in driving test automation and building an automation framework
- Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
