Elavon is currently seeking a eCommerce Process Manager who will be a part of the eCommerce team.  The eCommerce Process Manager will play a key role in shaping the internal and external process and will ensure projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and deliver results that meet the goals of the project.

Focus will be placed on changes to business processes, operational processes, systems and technology, and support. While the eCommerce Process Manager may or may not have supervisory responsibility, this person will be required to work with and gain support of key stakeholders throughout the organisation in order to succeed. The Business Process Manager will also support enterprise project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

 

Role Description:

  • Evaluate existing business processes including both internal and external processes
  • Identifying areas of improvement and create documentation outlining process improvements to simplify the customer lifecycle by working with key stakeholders
  • Oversee the process improvement implementation process by working with managers, team members and other employees to ensure that the plan is clear and can be applied quickly and efficiently.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Conduct ongoing analyses of implemented processes
  • Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
  • Lead and manage the to-be process changes.
  • Coordinate teams and train staff that are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes.
  • Reduce process errors, improve process results and save costs.
  • Work cross-functionally with all relevant teams within the business including Product, Sales, Marketing, Channel Development, etc.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and devise customized solutions
  • Solve complex needs and work across internal teams including risk, operations, product etc.
  • 2+ years' experience as a process manager or project manager
  • Six Sigma & Prince2 (or similar Project Management qualifications)
  • History of exceeding expectations
  • Knowledge of diverse business processes in a wide range of industries.
  • Payments Industry experience is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Considerable knowledge of eCommerce products/services, operations, and current market trends is a plus
  • Ability to make critical decisions independently.
