Responsibilities

• Manage effective communications with and among all projects stakeholders
• Become knowledgeable in all cloud, in-house and interfacing 3rd party software, database and infrastructural components
• You will be managing our data management service, including data provisioning, project's scope of work and building and maintaining an ongoing ICT managed service for our client
• Management of our Data and Environments resources, ensuring that activities are overseen and carried out to our client’s satisfaction
• Work with 3rd party vendors and our client as part of the project delivery, areas responsible e.g. development and test data, lab infrastructure, environments, etc.
• You will align the managed service with the overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans
• Prioritize tasks and resolves issues/conflicts/escalations
• Manage requested changes and mitigate all prioritised risks, as necessary
• Proactively maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project plans, status reports and project documentation
• Work with service staff toward ensuring that business benefits are achieved from projects
• Develop strong business relationships with key service leads in the area for which the person has responsibility
• Collaborate with other ICT units and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner
• Maintain a position of audit-readiness at all times
• Ensure a smooth handover to service management in a timely fashion as part of service introduction within project delivery

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification
• Project management certifications nice to have
• Cloud certification useful

Skills

• Effective communication
• Aptitude to use Jira for task tracking and reporting
• Ability to create and foster a strong cross functional team, under tight delivery timelines
• Excellent ambassador for Expleo, promoting the organisation and role modelling our values
• Database and/or Environments management technical expertise is a plus

Experience

• Three years of experience in project management domain, with hands-on experience in leading ICT projects, preferably cloud-based, e.g. Microsoft environments, Cisco (Webex, Duo, Umbrella), VMWare WS1 and including office infrastructural hardware
• Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services: software, databases and hardware
• Experience in delivery within an ICT multi-vendor model, and management of interdependencies between vendors
• Proven ability to create and foster a strong cross functional team, under tight delivery timelines
• In-depth applied knowledge of standard project management concepts, practices and procedures
