About the Team
Our Finance Transformation team helps Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) to transform the finance function from a "supporting" function to a "business partner", reduce its cost base, increase efficiency and the quality of information, and improve decision making through our four core areas - finance operating model design; performance management (including financial planning & analysis / close, consolidation and reporting / dashboard design and implementation); shared services design and implementation; and outsourcing advisory. We work with CFOs of indigenous PLCs, multinational companies, and in the public sector - combining our finance capability with programme and change management expertise to implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value.
