The Global LAB Estate Management group is seeking an experienced Tech Analyst to assume responsibility for processes definition & implementation reporting, risk & controls management, software deliveries tracking, Change Management and Disaster Recovery.
Job responsibilities
- Accountable for ensuring application compliance with Citi policies regarding use of hardware, patching, software licensing, and software support.
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of business processes, workflow, technology solutions and technology frameworks within a business organization.
- Drive the Information Security Review / attestation Process (ISRP) across the Global LAB Estate Management projects. Work with the various global teams across Citi (i.e., teams that are responsible for entitlement, access control, authorization, and authentication) to implement those requirements.
- Accountable for ensuring applications’ hardware and configuration requirements to support disaster recovery and continuity of business scenarios (COB). Drive the implementation process of those requirements with the Citi disaster recovery global teams.
- Drive the Change Management and Release Management process for all the Global LAB Estate Management projects
- Interact with multiple interfaces abroad
- Liaising between Technology / Support teams
Experience & Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to manage oneself and others in matrix management situations. Ability to influence remotely, across locations and cultures.
- Great communication skills, excellent written communication skills in English.
