The IT Project Sr Tech Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
Responsibilities:
Senior Change Management Lead required in Clearing to Build strong release and change management processes for Clearing and ISO applications.
Build DevOPS practice and improve on Engineering Excellence development and operating fundamentals.
Collaborate with CTI infrastructure and STE to build resilient platforms for Clearing and ISO applications.
Ensure adherence to Technology Engineering KPIs.
Partner with the Lead Agile Coach to ensure the organization is adhering to the Agile/SAFe/Lean principles and practices.
Qualifications:
15+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field.
Advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership and Agile transformation
Extensive experience with policy formulation and planning
Extensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology
Strong payments processing knowledge with an in-depth understanding of regulatory/sanctions mandates on payment platform
Effective communication skills at all level
Strong Influential and negotiation skills
Critical Thinking & Problem resolution- experienced innovative solutions to complex problems
Advanced in PowerPoint, excel and presentation skills
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
