Data Lead Technical R&D

This role is can be staffed in any location worldwide; due to system limitations only one country is displayed

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead a global Business Data Team for Technical Operations and Supplier Management in covering the worldwide ERP transformation Lean Digital Core (LDC) 
•Be a thought leader for how Technical R& data is mastered and used in processes across the complete enterprise 
• With an enterprise mindset, design and implement data principles, data governance framework, data ownership and data operations to ensure key integration topics and dependencies are aligned across functions and programs
• Partner with the Operations & Global Drug Development Enterprise Data Owners (EDOs) team for making the data under the LDC scope across enterprise: findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable.
• Collaborate with IT to build data solutions
• Drive, shape, represent and communicate the LDC data strategy to senior partners

•8+ years experience in life science companies
• At least 3 years’ experience in site, country or global Technical R&D roles in one or more areas: QA (e.g. SAP QM, Inspection Plans, QA info records), Manufacturing, Engineering (e.g. Assets, Equipment, functional locations), Logistics (Warehouse & Transport Management)
•Experience in managing suppliers (third party) data
At least 2 years of management/leadership experience, ideally in a country management role and/or management in a regional or global team.
• Experience working and leading data workstreams in large scale ERP, systems implementations and/or large scale global business transformations
• Demonstrated people management skills and cultural transformation in a data driven attitude (motivation, leadership and development)
• Proven data, reporting, Operations process and compliance or analytics experience possibly in a matrix style within a large, complex data landscape.
• Experience in data governance/quality and regulatory regimes.
• Experience in compliance and controls, design and execution.
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills with proven speaking, presentation and facilitation experience in internal and external environments.
• Able to leverage networks of professionals across functions and business areas.
• Understands the competing organizational needs beyond own part of business.
