CSR Administrator

To provide trusted, professional and proactive support to the CSR team This position is an integral role within the CSR function and will be accountable for an array of administrative tasks and supporting the team by contributing to key initiatives including our UNICEF partnership, Step Up local charity programme, product fundraising campaigns, reporting and accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing proactive administration support to the CSR team within the Corporate Affairs function.
  • Organising internal and external meetings ensuring preparation and circulation of relevant documents in advance.
  • Supporting the team with requested purchase orders are processed in accordance to company procedures heavily involved in the budget process.
  • Support the team to coordinate any invoice queries with Finance and Suppliers.
  • Supporting the CSR and Internal Communications and Engagement team with charity communications throughout the year.
  • Supporting the CSR team with key campaigns and projects.
  • Handling and coordinating all incoming charity requests appropriately, determining their priority and re-direct if appropriate.
  • Point of contact for charity queries from stores and respond to queries as appropriate.
  • Preparing and collating information for meetings to include agendas, presentations, reports, spread sheets, minutes and ensuring effective distribution and follow up of key actions from the meetings.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks including reporting, desk research and measurement.
  • Establish and manage paper and electronic filing system.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Ad hoc projects/tasks as required.

  • Essential:

  • A genuine passion or interest in supporting charities a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and operate in a reactive environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discreet and trustworthy.
  • Should be proactive, diplomatic & trustworthy with a flexible approach to work.
  • Highly organised with an ability to handle a high volume of work and to prioritise accordingly.
  • Creative and independent thinker with an aptitude for coming up with fresh and innovative ideas and challenging and evolving ideas already in place.
