ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
As CRM Scrum Master you will be responsible for organizing and managing the delivery process of new business capabilities and solutions in the CRM area. You will be working with internal customers and Solutions across 28 countries as part of Coca Cola Hellenic Group and maintaining relationship with divers senior stakeholders.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure to deliver projects on time, within budget and in scope that meet and exceed business targets;
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Country teams, managing multiple projects in parallel;
- Ensure successful Service activation for delivered solutions through effective vendor management; Responsible for Demand Management Execution;
- Ensures that the processes of Test Management, Training Plan, Change Management are in place and executed with the required quality;
- Learn the new solutions and being able to deploy them in multiple markets with minimum supervision
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- 8+ years in multi-cultural and cross-functional environment delivering results
- 3+ years' experience as leading complex Projects in Software Solutions in the Commercial Domain
- Strong project management skills, knowledge and experience with Agile/Scaled Agile and DevOps delivery models.
- Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration
- Experience in identifying risks (time risks, resource risks, interdependencies, etc.) and manage the risk mitigation actions in the area of responsibility;
- FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge in Commercial and passionate about Digital platforms
