Project Manager Contract – Belfast - Outside IR35

We are seeking a Contract Project Manager for an innovative Belfast based Software Solutions / Professional Services organisation to come in on a 3-to-6-month contract basis - Outside IR35.
You will oversee the planning and delivery of client engagements – and will feel comfortable liaising with external clients.
Contract Project Manager - Profile and responsibilities:
- Building effective stakeholder and customer relationships
- Management of workstream project plans
- Implementation and maintenance of effective governance - enabling provision of access to data and ensuring legal access to data
- Building networks to ensure delivery.
- Tracking delivery within budget
- Managing regular checkpoints with external clients
- Oversight and management of sub-workstream Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies including quality control
- Hold APM or PMQ qualifications
- Skilled with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Miro, MS Project and Jira
Experienced in regulated environments and/or with data migration projects would be advantageous.
