Content Manager

This is a newly created role in AutoEntry’s Marketing team which will focus primarily on content creation. As Content Marketing Manager you will need to be creative and approach your work with strategy in mind. To be successful in content creation, you will need to be able to build relationships with media owners, customers, colleagues etc. To support this, you will need to be excellent at communicating with various stakeholders, whether writing a case study with a customer, hosting a webinar or presenting your ideas internally. You should be proficient in marketing automation and blogging software. We don’t need coders, we’ve got that sorted, but we do need someone who is tech savvy. A strong understanding of customer journeys and the marketing funnel is also key.
Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead the development and tactical execution of content marketing initiatives which drive traffic, engagement, and leads to deliver sales and customer retention
•Plan, write, edit, and distribute content marketing and communications materials as assigned, including web-based content, webinars, email communications, product fact sheets, brochures, case studies, press releases, newsletter articles, advertising, social media posts, and other material as requested
•Accountable for proofing, editing, copywriting, quality assurance and optimisation of offline and online content, marketing campaigns and brand messaging in accordance with corporate standards
•Maintain and manage project schedules, approvals, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget
•Own the AutoEntry blog (Its content and its overall development)
•Execute content plans, monitor quality and manage deadlines
•Research and pitch new digital content ideas
•Manage content calendar and provide content suggestion
•Annalise, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
•Develop a deep understanding of our customer types, what their pain points are, what content they like and where they look for it
•Ensure all content is optimised for both user experience and search engines
•Help build and maintain a brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all platforms
•Demonstrate how content contributes to MQLs and SQLs

•A knowledge of Salesforce
•Working knowledge of analytic tools, including Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics and Google Analytics
•Be able to demonstrate ROI of content marketing
•A strong understanding of how content relates to SEO
•Excellent writing abilities with strong attention to detail
•Be able to integrate content support into other revenue-driving aspects of the business, sales, retention, nurture campaigns
•Ability to adapt content calendars to changes in market. Example: product delays, discontinuation, pivots, repositioning etc. rebranding, relaunching
•Ability to explain impact of content marketing to senior management, leadership in region and group leadership in head office region.
•Ability to explain through content how AutoEntry integrates with specific products and troubleshoot the painpoints and knowledge gaps experienced by different user personas.
