You will
- Perform Internal Audits across sites
- Prepare the Unit for external Audits and Corporate Audits
- Undertake Operational Security Risk Assessments
- Take responsibility for Business Continuity Management
- Participate in the Business Area Internal Audit program
- Coordinate with Other organisations (Radio & services) on best practice
- Drive the use of Project Quality Plans in the unit
- Through execution of the role, be a driver of process improvement activities
- Support the Operations team to achieve its goals.
To be successful in the role you will have
- A good understanding of R&D and experience with product development
- Awareness of lean and agile principles and WOW
- A result-focused attitude, finding it stimulating to work with organization change and collaboration across the organization
- The ability to understand and to relate effectively to the business, technical and organizational context in which the team is operating
- The ability to build trust and openness in interactions within and outside the Unit
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in oral and written English and have excellent presentation skills
- Experience in leading and participating in Compliance Audits
- Certification in Auditing in at least two ISO Standard and knowledge of Quality, EHS & Security Standards
- University level qualifications.
