As a Compensation Program Manager, you will have 6+ years’ experience in the compensation/ salary budget field, ideally in fast growth performance driven cultures.

Initially on a 6-month contract, the Compensation Program Manager will be expected to oversee the Market Review/ Salary Budget Planning process across our client’s international locations and support the execution of our client’s performance management program.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

What will a Compensation Program Manager do?

  • During the first 6 months the role will be focused on managing the execution of our client’s Market Review/ Salary Budget Planning Program across our client’s international locations, leverage strong operational and program management experience to oversee all aspects of the program and deliver with overall excellence.
  • Manage the decision-making process as it pertains to the Market Review/ Salary Budget Planning Program and related processes, engage stakeholders, and manage accountability while maintaining forward progress of the program.
  • Contribute to an integrated Project Plan to manage the end-to-end execution of the program, ensure alignment with key stakeholders, communicate milestones, assign ownership, and ensure timely delivery of the product.
  • Drive towards results by tracking key operational milestones, identifying obstacles and problem solving, creating improvement opportunities.
  • Build productive partnerships with Compensation Business Partners, Engineering, Communications, Performance Management and Payroll teams as well as other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and ownership of the process workstreams.
  • Manage the overall integrity and delivery of Compensation data, create a series of system and data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy of compensation data.
  • Lead cycles debrief sessions, cataloging feedback from key stakeholders, internal core and extended team, incorporate learnings into upcoming cycle requirements and processes.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?   

  • 6-8+ years’ experience in the compensation/ salary budget field, ideally in fast growth performance driven cultures
  • Deep experience in the compensation field with strong program management background.
