The assistant will support the Technical Cooperation Project, Government/EU Project and Industry Development activities and assist in technical cooperation on National/EU project, industry development assistant, collaborate with project managers, cooperation managers, and technical experts etc.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Collecting technical cooperation requirements and EU/National project requirements from business teams.
- Collaborate potential resources such as potential universities, top professors, industrial players and government calls.
- Assist with project charter materials and procedures
- Track and update key tasks of technical cooperation projects and EU/National projects.
- Collaborate with Technical Planning team and other collaboration stakeholders across Huawei, with an understanding of the diverse needs of each stakeholder
- Work closely with Researchers and Collaboration team to ensure the ongoing evolution and improvement of our Innovation Directions from various Business Units.
- Study and understand the unique attributes of the University landscape and Key Innovative Areas relative to Huawei.
- Work with Consultant organisations to commission the appropriate market reports.

- Bachelor degree or above, computer science related major or related background is preferred.
- Strong understanding, communication skills and people skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written mandarin and English, strong learning ability.
- Strong awareness of GDPR, information security and confidentiality.
