PDU Cloud RAN is leading the acceleration and creation of a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offerings. The PDU contains in one organization total life-cycle capability from architecture definition to deployment in customer networks & capability to contribute to open source communities. 

You will

• Coach, guide and mentor your team members
• Lead a group of high-performing teams with a strong culture of trust, collaboration, and autonomy
• Align your teams to measurable business outcomes, not output or activity
• Set clear expectations and goals for the group
• Recruit, interview and hire for your group
• Represent - through daily actions - our values and behaviours

• Degree / post graduate degree in computer science or engineering degree
• 5+ years software development practice in a product development unit, including leading others to deliver on commitments 
• Have built and lead teams of 15+ system or software developers by example and set appropriate standards of behavior through uncompromising integrity. By transparency, listening and ability to motivate and inspire people with empathy and humanness.
• Have a passion for identifying new ways of working (Lean, Agile & Beyond), organizing and driving R&D efficiency.
• Grasp market development and understand customer and competitor situations
