Within Commercial Card, J.P. Morgan Virtual Card is a flexible business-to-business payment solution for companies and other institutions designed to meet the diverse and rapidly evolving payment needs of our clients.
As the Vice President, Product Management, you will be responsible for ensuring this payment product meets the needs of our clients and regulators within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The role encompasses:
- Assessing market trends and client needs
- Defining regional product needs and requirements
- Ensuring product compliance with regional regulatory requirements
- Leading the ongoing review of the product and enhancements with functional stakeholders
- Supporting sales and client management through field enablement and deal assistance
- Collaborating across product, marketing, finance, operations, and all client facing teams
- Providing input on the global solution, design, capabilities, integrations, and partnerships
- Relevant commercial card or comparable financial service product experience
- Experience within European financial services regulatory and industry compliance (e.g.; PSD2, European Banking Association, Credit Card Association guidelines)
- Strong organization and execution capabilities, including leading initiatives, cross functional teams, and direct customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence internal and external partners in varied disciplines (business, technical, customer experience, risk, controls)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize
- Bachelor's degree required
