Buyer– Co Clare – Permanent!
Mid-Level Buyer/Planner required – 3-5 years experience required.

Responsbilities
- Working closely with suppliers to deliver materials as per plan
- Stock counting and auditing of warehouse locations to ensure the right material is available at the right time for production
- Analysing current market conditions to ensure pricing is competitive
- Issue, receive and manage Purchase Orders and Requisitions
- Adhere to purchasing process to ensure compliance with Company policies
- Keeping ERP system (EPICOR) supplied with accurate information
- Adhoc duties (including product pickups in company vehicle) as required
- Working closely with finance dept to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
- Experience in a Production / Manufacturing environment required
- Experience with ERP systems required
- Intermediate proficiency in MS office suite, particularly MS Excel is required (i.e. creating Pivot Tables and V-lookups)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Flexible and able prioritises actions and ability to communicate across different functions / levels of the business
