Business Process Expert - Track & Trace Serialization

Job Description

You will translate business needs into solution requirements within their specific area of expertise. Additionally, this role collects, analyzes, correlates and reports on technical service, application and process data to ensure optimal performance and identify improvement opportunities!

You will support the design, development and deployment of IT Services, applications, systems and processes through analysis of strategy and objectives of the organisation, external influences such as competitors, regulatory requirements, outstanding practices and economic factors!

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Senior IT professional delivering technical expertise in support of specific business applications, business processes or customer facing IT Services
• Provide strong contribution to the global business lead as they prepare and implement upcoming Track and Trace markets and beyond compliance initiatives as well as introduce or lead change
• Develop project estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.) and drive business demand from collection till closure phase
• Ensure that relevant partners are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services
• Identifies and analyzes sophisticated business requirements and processes, to develop and implement a defined technology/system/application to support operations, projects, IT Services or business processes
• Analyze Track and Trace laws and its impact on processes related to Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, Partner Labeling, 3PL, Customer and country specific regulatory reporting
• Work with industry peers and solution providers to define the solution roadmaps for Track and Trace capability
• Collaborate with IT partners to deliver the solution to meet the customer demands
• Conduct assessments of processes and data to detail requirements:
• Interview business partners, coordinate and run requirements sessions with groups of users.
• Analyze and model relevant business processes, rules and data relationships. Document “as is” standard methodology processes.
• Assist local project teams, crafting a “to be” process and drive implementation of best practices. Demonstrate the impact of procedures and their effect on the organization. Critically review and recommend changes to processes in part or in their entirety.
 

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent
• >8 years of working-expertise in the Pharmaceutical industry
• >5 years of experience with a proven track record in IT project management and partner management
• >5 years of experience with Computerized System Validation
• Has thorough understanding of process architecture and IT industry standard service lifecycle management practices
• Interacts with a typically diverse internal and external audience and is required to interpret and communicate complex information
• Understands the needs of the business and aspects of the external environment (e.g. related IT services, projects, initiatives, functions, etc.) and their impact on the own area of responsibility
• In depth knowledge of GS1 standards, Track and Trace laws
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain processes impacted by Track and Trace requirements
• Knowledge on SAP ATTP, SAP ICH (Information Collaboration Hub) and SAP ERP manufacturing
• Good understanding of requirements for systems working in GxP classified environments
• Good understanding of the Robotic Process Automation and Business Process Management solutions like Automation Anywhere, Appian etc is
