Business Development Executive

Dynamic Retail Services is a global project management company, working closely with some of the world’s leading fashion and tech brands, to curate an innovative and high-end retail presence globally. An Irish owned company, with offices in Dun Laoghaire, Dynamic is looking for a diligent and hard-working Marketing Business Development Executive to join our Dublin team.

 

The Business Development Executive will work closely with the Managing Director, helping in all aspects of running a growing business.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Business Development

  • Maintain and own the CRM (Zoho) system. Updating regularly and inputting data when required and after meetings. Follow-up with MD and team after they attend client meetings to gain knowledge on what client needs and follow-up with email, case studies etc
  • Maintain visibility with Project Managers to identify trouble spots and areas for improvement and establish new business
  • Manage and run reports on current client list for profitability and growth – work closely with the management team updating client list and monitoring what Accounts the Project Managers are working on and how we can upsell
  • Work with Senior Management in identifying new business opportunities as well as areas for growth within existing business/client list
  •  Manage and run reports on current client list for profitability and growth – work closely with the General Manager updating client list and monitoring what Accounts the Project Managers are working on and how we can upsell
  •  Follow-up with the Project Managers after project completion to upsell and also gain feedback from clients
  •  Study the current market and target new leads
  • Working with external stakeholders
  • Tender response documentation
  • Report on company activities, opportunities and areas for development
  •  Working with the Managing Director, presenting the company to new potential clients

 

Marketing

  • Working closely with the Media team on presentations
  •  Assist with preparation of presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Working closely with the team for website, social media, news articles etc
  • Updating marketing material and thinking up new ideas and strategies to gain targets clients
  •  Compiling and sending monthly Newsletter to both clients & staff
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date at all times. Compiling Monthly Reports
  • Organisation of company events and trade shows

Knowledge and Experience: 

  •  Marketing or Business degree advantageous but not essential
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Calm, positive attitude and effective decision maker
  • Can work autonomously
  •  Very well organised and efficient in approaching multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self Motivated, proactive, reliable role model
  •  Thrives in a high-pressure environment, possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and can lead organizational change
  • Ability to prioritise and show initiative
  •  Desirable but not essential – experience in CRM systems, keynote & Mailchimp, social media, SEO and management of company website

 

Position Requirements:

  • Possible travel to Europe to attend trade shows, client meetings and regional offices
  •  Assisting the Office Manger at times with various ad-hoc duties
  • Proficient use of all MS Office programmes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Organisational skills
  • Strong multitasking skills and proven capability to effectively manage responsibilities
