- Experience of successful delivery of ICT projects or programmes across Solution Delivery, Digital Transformation & Business Process Change as an operations PM utilising both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Specific examples of working in customer focused commercially driven environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess and demonstrate a strategic mind-set
- 10+ years of experience, running multiple complex IT Projects
- Ability to rearrange priorities in fast-paced environment
- Lean Six-Sigma qualification an advantage
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Financial Services/ Insurance Industry Sector an advantage
- Project Management Training such as PMI a distinct advantage
- BPO Training a distinct advantage
