The role:

  • Experience of successful delivery of ICT projects or programmes across Solution Delivery, Digital Transformation & Business Process Change as an operations PM utilising both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Specific examples of working in customer focused commercially driven environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess and demonstrate a strategic mind-set
  • 10+ years of experience, running multiple complex IT Projects
  • Ability to rearrange priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Lean Six-Sigma qualification an advantage

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Financial Services/ Insurance Industry Sector an advantage
  • Project Management Training such as PMI a distinct advantage
  • BPO Training a distinct advantage
