Agile Project Manager

We are currently recruiting an Agile Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Scale to manage product security backlog using project management and tracking tools, including JIRA and Confluence;
  • Implement Agile (Kanban) practices within product security, and facilitate/participate in key Agile processes across Kanban teams;
  • Assist in training and coaching product security team members on Agile practices;
  • Creates, monitors and reports out resource plans, estimates resource requirements through project lifecycle;
  • Develops project quality plans and ensures project quality standards are met;
  • Ensures projects are delivered to meet to the overall program objectives;
  • Performs requirements gathering, develops and maintains a traceability matrix to ensure project goals are met with desired outcomes;
  • Identifies knowledge and performance gaps and recommends solutions to improve Project Management Office (PMO) practices and business processes;
  • experience with creating Project plans and a background with ERP systems is strongly preferred;
  • Prepare reports and present to all levels of management and to the program PM;
  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices;
  • Responsible for hiring and managing direct reports; includes creating job description, interviewing and onboarding activities;
  • Support the SCRUM teams in tracking agile projects milestones and deliverables;
  • Host team meeting and scrum ceremonies;
  • Work with Business Analyst, product owners, and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned;
  • Work independently with users to define requirements and under direction of Product management;
  • Communicate and collaborate with existing system support staff to share system enhancement opportunities for the current systems.
