Job Description 

Currently in hyper-growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to help take our sales to the next level. You'll be instrumental in growing IT Glue’s business and developing strategies to maximize revenue. You bring a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and are a pro at creating experiences that delight our partners. 

Responsibilities 

  • Be the external voice of IT Glue and educate partners on our software and the benefits it could provide their business; 
  • Develop and execute strong and exciting plans based on key business metrics and goals; 
  • Have a clear idea of the sales pipeline and conceptualize methods to achieve these goals; 
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals; 
  • Contribute operationally to the growth of the Company; 
  • Manage time and information with ease while maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a deadline oriented environment.

  • 3+ years progressive sales experience, preferably in a closing role; 
  • Ability to excel in a highly structured sales environment with close management of activity levels, sales performance, and adherence to process; 
  • An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills; 
  • Comfortable running platform demos and answering questions from potential users and decision makers; 
  • A highly professional, dependable, and self-motivated persona; 
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities; 
  • Able to demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the IT services marketplace and fundamental selling and negotiation/closing skills; 
  • Experienced with CRM applications (Salesforce preferred) to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts; 
  • Experience in SaaS or technical sales preferred; 
  • Experience presenting to prospective MSPs as well as end user clients an asset. 
  • Fluency in German
