- Building, maintaining and optimizing data management platform, billing system and reporting system
- Working closely with HQ team to optimize the performance of advertising recommender system
- Identifying and solving complex problems within the system
- Bachelor' degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, and Bioinformatics).
- Strong programming skills in Java and C++
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization techniques, object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and real-time programming.
- Strong problem solving skills, be able to think independently and solve complex problems
- Work experience in Online Advertising, Search Engine, or Recommender Systems is a must.
