Keelvar is looking for a Technical Team Lead to lead one of our Automation teams.
The Automation team at Keelvar is dedicated to building AI-enabled Sourcing Bots. These intelligent agents automate the detailed workload of tactical buying, while using AI/ML to become more intelligent overtime, freeing up our customers to be increasingly more agile, strategic, and creative.
You will be leading a critical group responsible for building our category specific AI Bots. The team is a cross functional group including developers, data scientists, ML engineers, UI, QA and product designers. There is no question that automation will continue to transform procurement and the software industry in general. This is a great opportunity to lead the charge on these next-generation products.
What you will be doing:
● You will be responsible for building and managing a cross functional team of 7 including 4 developers, data scientist, and QA, UX designer, UI designer.
● You will act as the line manager for the developers on the team
● You will work to put in place the planning and delivery processes for the team
● You will run all ceremonies for the team including stand ups, planning and retros.
● You will serve as a coach, mentor, and advocate for your team
● You will be responsible for the delivery & throughput of the team
● You will be responsible for the overall quality and usability and performance of your product area
● You will work directly with the customers, pm, sales,marketing and cs to understand the domain, getting an in depth knowledge of the problem space and user persona
● You will need to develop solutions that abstract away complexity via clean simple design while incorporating advanced technologies to create intelligent self learning features.
● You will collaborate with other engineering teams to make effective use of our infrastructure and platforms.
● You are an experienced technical team lead able to build inclusive teams from the ground up.
● You have a strong technical background building SaaS products at scale.
● You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
