Data Insights and Analytics Lead (Senior Vice President) will be responsible for successfully driving the commercialization of all TTS data assets externally (with clients and by engaging with campaigns on Social Media and industry journalists), as well as internally (with client facing departments across all 50 countries in EMEA to increase their client adoption and usage, with Service and Operations to improve operational efficiency for our clients and with Product Managers to generate leads for their product growth).

The success in the role will also rely on the ability to generate new data related ideas, based on multiple interactions across the entire organization. Data Insights and Analytics Lead will engage the data science team in prototyping (using new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), the new data related ideas and work closely with key stakeholders in the deployment, pilot and commercialization of the solution.

The candidate must have a proven track record in the commercialization of innovative solutions; in addition hands on data analysis and a strong record of delivering business results with data-driven insights would be preferred.

Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is transforming into a data and analytics driven organization through the Data Insights & AI strategy to enable decision making and product development by empowering TTS with the necessary tools and analytics framework.

The role will entail the following responsibilities:

• Drive the commercialization of the existing big data analytics tools
• Business engagement, collaboration and establishing relationship with Product, Sales, Banking / Relationship Management and technology and drive the strategy forward in the regions
• Gather the data needs of the region and countries and present it to the global team for ingestion and availability
• Translate the business use case to data science team
• Groom the use cases to objective outputs and value creation.
• Conduct Scrums and contribute in design sprints of use cases in which data science teams will be able begin coding the model
• Conduct data analyses, data profiling, data stitching and build data visualizations for analysis
• Establish a good working relationship with other key teams such as  Global AI Horizontal, product, sales, market management, technology, and data science & analytics teams
• Productionalisation and commercialization of use cases
• Use case reporting including weekly and steering committee reporting
• Demonstrate high degree of ownership of use case portfolio
• Tracking return on investments (ROI) of use cases that have been implemented
• Drives modern way of doing things with a technology-driven mind-set towards innovation and process re-engineering
