Technical Services Administrator / Audit Innovation Administrator (12 month fixed term contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as part of the Audit Innovation team supporting both new and existing innovation projects and processes
  • Ownership and responsibility of the end to end audit confirmation process
  • Set up new clients on the audit confirmations software
  • Create and manage audit confirmations
  • Prepare and circulate daily reports
  • Establish effective working relationships with key contacts externally
  • Maintain an excellent and interactive relationship with internal partners including audit engagement teams
  • Follow up on outstanding confirmations with both internal and external contacts
  • General administration duties in support of the Audit Innovation team’s projects
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications and services after deployment to ensure process reliability
  • Pro-actively search out potential issues in applications and services and resolve them before they become a problem
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to Senior Management and provide supporting information

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in support / administrative role
  • Good communication skills – written & verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively to retrieve relevant information from engagement team and third parties
  • Willingness to learn new skills and systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible, curious and process-oriented
  • Ability to plan, organise & prioritise workload to meet deadlines across a wide range of tasks
