Technical Product Manager

As part of the Clinical Product Working team the Technical Product Manager will be supporting the Clinical Platform work and will be responsible for developing and managing the technical work definition (Capability, Feature and User Story creation). You will be required to liaise with multiple teams and will work closely with scrum masters and delivery masters to ensure the team delivers on each project.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow project guidelines
  • Work with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure full understanding of requirements and design
  • Act as the liaison between Business, Engineering Teams and project management groups
  • Work in an agile team environment
  • Define Capabilities, Features and User Stories which will be groomed with the Scrum Team.
  • Manage the assigned programs, ensuring all clarifications and questions are resolved and brought back to the development team.
  • Extensive experience of product management, product development, product strategy  and knowledge of product development process
  • Strong analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, and implement software solutions;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people, strategies and recommendations with business objectives
  • Demonstrated experience working with cloud technology
  • Demonstrated experience working with API’s (Kafka, JSON)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
