My client is a leading Technology firm and they are looking for a Technical Business Analyst.
The ideal candidate would have experience working on large scale projects (Development related projects in an Agile/ Scrum environment). The client is growing their team for 2021 and they have a few roles open in this area of technology.
Job Responsibilities
- You will play an important role in workshops and gain and sustain trust of key business and technology stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder Management skills
- You will engage with developers and have good industry implementation background.
- Strong written and verbal communication at all management levels
- Ideally good Agile/ Scrum skills and experience
- Experience of IS systems, processes and change is highly desirable
- Someone who is a clear thinker
Experience Required
- 3-4 years – Business Analysis skills, adaptive to change and flexible in approach
- Stakeholder Management able to manage and engage at all levels
- Work closely with the business, development, PMO office, Scrum Masters and other key stakeholders to help with the delivery of solutions.
- Work in Agile and scrum type projects and understand standard SDLC patterns
- Works closely with Lead solution architects to ensure that the solution proposed meets the requirements and the anticipated benefits, including compliance to statutory and company policies and procedures.
- Carries out engagement activities with the business on behalf of IS for IS initiated changes that may affect
- Essential and Desirable Skills
- Experience of change delivery lifecycle highly desirable

- Third level degree in a relevant subject.
