My client has 2 excellent 3rd party Business Process Management solution providers that they use in-house. One low-code app development platform and one no code app development platform. As a business, their goal is to reduce manual processing, power collaboration between business users, developers and IT and ultimately get to outcomes faster ! These external 3rd party Business Process Management solutions providers currently develop all solutions for my client. What we want to do with your help is bring this key development piece in-house. You will be fully trained on these applications and can even get certified in them. These 3rd party BPM providers are recognised globally.
My client is an extremely successful organisation. They have also recently secured significant funding. They have huge expansion plans to triple in size in the next 2 to 3 years. Therefore making sure their Business Process Management / Process Automation functions within the business are being used as effectively as they can be, is mission critical to their business.
You will be working with the business to create different workflows to automate parts of the business. Design and build these workflows from scratch or evaluate current workflows and how to make them more efficient. Understanding the logic of workflows. You will need to work with people within the business and evaluate their current connectivity of their existing Eco system ( cloud, databases, API integration, excel, macros, vba, .net.core) you will have a good understanding / ideally experience with API integration.
30% Work closely with their Agile Business Analysts to Design/Analysis/Test new functionality
40% Workflow / Business Process Management development - Low code/no code (drag / drop)
10% Support /challenge the companies current eco system
10% Being a point of contact to the 3rd parties BPM suppliers
Your skill-set needed to do this role :- Together with your existing skill-set and background and this training you will be delivering automation through a structured platform. You will have worked previously with Agile Business Analysts to Design/Analysis/Test new functionality
3+years working with workflows and understands the logic behind them.
