Sogeti Ireland are looking for a Specialist Test Analyst with 5+ years’ experience in testing across SDLC/STLC models, platforms and architectures. The candidates should have experience of working within IMS, MQ and Mule along with API tools and testing teams, experience of one or more testing methodologies and exposure to different software development lifecycles including Agile and Waterfall.
Key responsibilities
- Experience testing IMS / MQ / Mule integrations between Mainframe and new systems
- API (REST/SOAP) testing experience
- API Automation Experience must - preferable using Soap UI
- Experience testing real time Credit Decisioning (Experian or similar) highly desired
- Experience in Loans/Overdrafts products
- Experience adhering to Banking testing standards
- Understand requirements and raise queries on requirement/defects
- Ensure all queries are and requirements/defects are resolved with support from Test Lead & Create Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Provide Walkthrough to the business and dev team on test scenarios & test cases
- Execute all test cases and upload quality results in approved Test management tool
- Deliver test deliverables as per assigned timelines and high quality
- Raise defects, retest defects and ensure defects are resolved.
- Provide inputs on status and closure reports
- Bachelors or master’s degree
- 5 Plus Years Testing experience
- Experience in IMS, MQ, Mulesoft and API.
- Experience with implementing Best practices onto Testing projects
- Banking project exposure and loans, overdrafts preferred
