● Take the lead of JDM’s marketing plan, strategy, and tactics.
● Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
● Identify business challenges that our prospective customers face and use consultative sales methodology to provide solutions for their business.
● Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
● Present product demonstrations to prospective clients.
● Consistently close new business each month/quarter at or above quota level.
● Act as a bridge between our tech team and clients to identify the client requirements and organize the deliverable.
● Proven experience as an Account Executive/Inside Sales Software experience (We are open for someone who is passionate to get into tech sales, let's gain the experience here.
● Proven experience in achieving sales targets/quotas
● Experience selling into an existing customer base of accounts
● Possess a hunting mentality and have a proven track record of winning new customers/new teams.
● Be comfortable with conversations that may become technical and detail-oriented
● Have proven experience in consultative selling, qualification, negotiating, and closing principles.
● Be goal-oriented with a Track record of being a high performer.
● Be enthusiastic and passionate- especially in software sales.
● Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
