About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Local IT team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role:

• You will be responsible for deploying, configuring and supporting Windows Server and VMware vSphere.  
• You will contribute to the planning and implementation of maintenance and installation work, including building and management of systems and components of virtualized computing environments.
• You will identify operational problems and contributes to their resolution, checking that they are managed in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
• You will adhere to following the ticketing system and emails for day to day work in a multitasking fashion
• You will be responsible for administration and maintenance of automation platforms such as SCCM
• You will work individually and in a team on various system projects related to Windows and VMware
• You will support disaster recovery testing activities
• You will work with vendors to develop/maintain currents standards of performance or troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• You will participate in On-Call rota

About You:

• You have 9+ years of hands-on experience in Windows server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 and VMware vSphere administration
• You have experience with physical hardware from vendors such as HPE, Nutanix or similar
• You have PowerShell scripting & CLI experience for installing/administering Windows and VMware products
• You have experience with replication technologies such as vSphere replication, SRM, Zerto
• You have experience in either HPE Simplivity Or VMware vSAN Or Nutanix
• You have foundation knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• You have excellent communication, problem solving and documentation skills along with a customer focused attitude
• You must be a good team player, be detail oriented and self-motivated
