Expleo wants a dynamic Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team of Game Changers. The Senior Technical Business Analyst will lead the development team to deliver the redevelopment of macros into a new environment of a leading player in the BFSI sector.

Responsibilities

• To analyse and remove parts of the code that can contain production data before the development team start to work.
• To manage the product backlog to reflect new macros that are ready to start.
• To prioritize together with the development team which macros will be worked every sprint.
• To perform sanity tests on macros completed by the development team.
• To work together with the PM to remove any blockers that might arise.
• To work together with business during UAT.

Experience

• Previous experience working as Technical Business Analyst.
• Previous QA experience a plus, but not compulsory.
• VBA experience (MS Excel and MS Access).
• Must be able to organize self and co-ordinate the work of others.
• Willingness to take ownership for tasks and to take initiatives.
• Previous experience in agile environment of benefit but not compulsory.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships within the Transformation team across the corporation.
