Senior Systems Analyst

Job Description:

The Workplace Investing development teams design, develop, implement and support Web and Mobile applications for NetBenefits. We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to fill a position on our Mobile Team. This team work primarily in the UK and European market.

The Purpose of Your Role

Workplace Investing provides solutions to handle 3rd party company employee’s benefits. The Team design and develop the product used by employees to maintain their benefit information. The Team are based in Dublin and work with our partners in FIL UK/Ireland and India.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of systems analysis & IT industry experience
  • Extensive experience in requirement gathering
  • Can communicate complex business needs into clear actionable systems requirements
  • Solid experience working on an Agile development team in previous major projects
  • Ability to work with Business Partners, defining requirements and implementing designs for new feature development from inception to delivery.

  • Analyze requirements, processes and address business problems, Work through ambiguous situations.
  • Large scale full project life cycle experience across multiple platforms and technologies
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodology
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, both with customers, technical team members, and other technical contributors across the organization
  • Owns Backlog grooming and Refinement Agile Events

Good to Haves

  • Ability to co-ordinate and engage with multiple teams (UXD, Backend, Midtier)
  • Confluence and Jira (strong Jira experience needed)
  • Knowledge of content library management systems.
  • Knowledge of test reviews.
  • Strong UXD focus and Accessibility standards
  • Ability to multitask
